Seen nothing at all. And you have to wonder why Villa were so happy to get rid of him.

He's been dining out on that wonder goal he scores for Hull against Rotherham. Can't understand how a winger can never beat his man or put a decent cross in.

Cannot comprehend how Enciso and Philogene are still on the pitch on 16:58 - Mar 15 with 1878 views | DavoIPB | Our recruitment this year has been awful. Probably our best player this season came from abroad and has £10 mil price tag if we buy. We had a model of buying expensive young English players in the hope of making money. The best way to make money is to stay in the premier league

He is good 1 on 1 but his passing lets him down. Either over or under hit the pass or is way off his man. He is going to be good one day , but not this season.

Well, he's played most of his best football at Hull cutting in from the left. He's being asked to play a role that's never going to get the best out of him with so much defensive work involved

He has been absolute pony. I am yet to see what he has that makes him worth £20m. Cant beat a player, lightweight and zero end product (don’t say about the 2 goals v Man U, both absolute presents ) Delap will go so play Hirst from the start. He will be our 9 next season although I would like to see us play 2 up top in the Championship

He was poor vs Palace but think Jack Clarke has been improving recently and will clearly be a big part of our championship team. I would be starting him every week.

Well, having helped destroy Muric and hounded out AAH, the next target is clearly Philogene. Welcome to Ipswich Jaden. Number one on the hate list. Bet Jack Clarke is relieved to be out of the firing line. Watching him close up in the first half, the ball went out to our left every time, when it emerged at all. He was waving his arms wanting the ball in space but he never received it when he had a chance to do something with it. Not once. He was hugging the touchline as he’d clearly been ordered to do so what exactly was he supposed to do? The team looked slow and lopsided. The forwards when they did received the ball faced a defence that had had age to organise so inevitably the checked back. Attack over. I sat there very cold and fed up after the first twenty mins when yet again the team collapsed on itself after 20 minutes. We were collectively awful. Players needing two touches, not one 50/50 won, no energy or confidence. But I am not going to pick on players. Wrong time and counter productive. None of them are covering themselves with glory. Back to Philogene, the experts on here clearly know better than McKenna and have been after him from the off. He’s been here five mins and is bunged into a really bad team. Maybe it might be more productive to encourage him rather than the AAH abuse he will no doubt get.

Hopefully you paid close attention to his second half performance because he was incredibly weak in the second half.

Lad needs to have the ball to play and they completely left him out of the game

Clearly Jaden is this weeks scapegoat isnt' he. He had no service for the first half - they all ignored him But let's hound him rather than support - that's what our fans do best

My issue isn't with Philogene. My issue is with the club pursuing him when he didn't want to join in the summer, Villa said he wasn't good enough, we paid £8m more than the summer, he's not really very different to our other wide options etc etc. Just really poor recruitment. And I point the finger at McKenna for that. Because despite the obvious issues there weren't any changes until half time. Simply swapping the tens around could have been done at any time. I have no idea what the plan was in the first half, and that's beyond the players.

Well written. We do seem have a lot of juvenile keyboard warriors on the forum determined to undermine individual players.
