Yeah, the way he’s happy to explain things is really refreshing. You’d think that every manager/head coach would be able and willing to do so. I’ve always thought they must all be tactically astute given they’ve done all their badges and it’s their job. Maybe some chose not to share. But then when you remember that under Lambert we struggled to put two passes together when we were on the ball, maybe not all managers/coaches are all over the detail (I’d find that amazing if not). Cook wasn’t much better. |  |

I think it shows a lot of respect to the fans and the journalists to give detailed responses the way KMcK does. And well done him for contradicting the pundits without being rude or disrespectful, just explaining firmly and clearly why he disputes their argument.
