You know, the brand that sponsor that lot up the road.

I see a fair bit of it around Norwich, but not much anywhere else. Are they a 'legitimate' brand that were a thing before they sponsored Norwich? Or are they now getting a local following thanks to the exposure of being on their shirts?

Don't think it travels well; haven't seen any on the train, in airports, or on bikes - only place I've seen it is on the buses.

I had some of their stuff about 5 years ago. Not seen loads of people with it but seen enough people over the years wearing their gear.

Believe the brand name is based on the only family surname in Norwich.

Regardless of the poor choice of football club, it baffles me that people buy their stuff - it's all pretty garish with the massive letters.

Although with their footwear that does come in handy… a massive L on one foot and an R on the other.

It certainly takes a certain type of individual to wear one of those hoodies with the massive lettering all over the back of it

Why? I don’t think Leroy Rosenior ever played for them.

..and their glove designs are only digitally optimised for Norfolk residents, if you know what I mean.

It’s a legit brand. To his credit their founder has done really well, I met him once. I had a few of their garments, some of the more understated shirts etc and not the chavvy stuff they do. The quality is decent and they’re a nice fit.

Needless to say since they started sponsoring Norwich I’ve not bought anything because I’m a child like that.

They've been around for ages, and done really well for a decent amount of time. The Norwich sponsorship has just enhanced it. The hoodies/sweatshirts are really popular, they're really comfortable and last well.

It’s almost as bad as Chambers and Huws ‘Harmonious Society’ crud that they’ve put together.

I picked the one that were more subdued shall we say.

No big wording splashed over it.

It's about the nicest thing I can say about Norwich that they have had some decent sponsors in the short (i.e. comparing to some of the unheard of, illegal gambling companies etc - though they did have a betting one as well). Lotus and Blakely are decent sponsors to have on the shirt. Not a fan of Blakely clothes but it's still a decent company. Wouldn't buy either on principle now!!

Problem is you can't polish a t#$d and no sponsor will make their shirt look nice. Awful club. I wish them an horrendous next sponsor and hope we get our next one right after some good times with Ed!

What is that all about?

It’s all I see over Instagram now, seems like it’s taking over town. My missus keeps going on about joining some running club he’s doing too.

I don’t even follow the page!

I think stuff like that has become one of the new ways for semi-famous ex pros to earn a crust.

Come up with a brand, buy it in cheap from China, flog it at a 10x premium to your social media following, profit.

I've always admired their sustainability and humility ethos, right from when they were sponsored by that local grower of alliums, Norwich Onion, to their recent, honest acknowledgement of their status with the acronym LOTUS - which was nothing to do with the car-maker, but stood for 'Lack Of Trophies; Up Sister'.

The new Blakely sponsorship is, I believe, a nod to sufferers of dyslexia and, again, an admirably honest appraisal of how they regard the future of their club: Bleakly.
