Sunderland v Cov on 19:37 - May 13 with 1331 views | Churchman | I don’t mind Coventry. There supporters have had their ups and downs over the years but two mates are Mackems so I hope they do it for them. Watching Sheffield Utd bully Bristol City I think they might be too strong for either of these.
Sunderland v Cov on 19:38 - May 13 with 1328 views | gainsboroughblue | I'd like to see an exciting game first and foremost. The games so far in all divisions have been a bit disappointing by and large. Second legs do tend to be better but obviously last night was virtually done before k.o. I think Sunderland will do enough tonight and lose to Sheff U in final, which is the best outcome for us.

I’m very interested how Rudoni plays tonight actually

I said Rudoni was decent at Huddersfield I guess the price was to. Now Coventry would want to Dollar.
Sunderland v Cov on 20:00 - May 13 with 1213 views | The_Flashing_Smile | Cov were the better team in the first leg for me, so Sunderland pretty much mugged them. Who knows on the night? Could be interesting... but then I can't see Sheff U fearing either of these.
| Trust the process. Trust Phil. |

Two dollar? Worth a punt then, surely. I can sort it on PayPal if Mark Ashton PMs me.

Sunderland v Cov on 20:40 - May 13 with 1032 views | ArnieM | Having watched all the games do far, I'm heartened by the thought that none of the teams have really impressed me, and these are the best top 6 clubs in the division.

From what I’ve seen so far, Rudoni gets into decent areas, but he’s not worth top dollar. Lots of good defending and energy from Sunderland and that Mayenda looks a good player. Coventry pass it well. The boy Sakamoto is getting around the pitch and looks lively but the rest are not really impressing me. Some of the gamesmanship (cheating) from Sunderland is pretty impressive and it’ll be interesting to see if the rather weak ref sends one of the Coventry players off. Edit: The Coventry 3 is a nice little player too. [Post edited 13 May 21:11]

One of that hapless trio of him, Gerrard & Rooney who were part of the so-called golden generation that couldn’t subsequently coach their way out of a paper bag despite having played under some excellent managers during their playing careers. That said, he’s made a better fist of it than the other two chancers.

Sunderland v Cov on 21:24 - May 13 with 823 views | Herbivore | Sunderland are terrible. Coventry not amazing but totally dominating the game, Sunderland just trying to kill the game at every opportunity with seemingly no interest in trying to have some possession. They'll score now.

Sunderland have been poor. One dimensional, clumsy and sitting too deep.

You can see why they've fallen off so badly late in the season. Playing with no confidence whatsoever, they've essentially tried to defend for 180 minutes. The only reason they're still in this is the goal they were gifted late in the first leg.

I don’t understand the ‘what we have we hold’ from minute one. Go and win it! God, they’ve been poor. Defensively, fine, but the diving, gamesmanship and time wasting has hurt them more than Coventry. All to play for - Sunderland will probably win it now. The commentary team: woeful.

I don't mind the commentator. Reminds me of 'Sarmientttooo' 'You thought they'd wither away'

Sunderland v Cov on 22:10 - May 13 with 445 views | Vaughan8 | I appreciate I've not watched much (from just after the goal) but these 2 are nowhere near the Southampton/Leeds standard last season. I wouldn't mind Coventry going up. Seems a decent club. But they'll most likely have a year like ours. Sheff utd probably have a slightly better chance of staying up....

I would say Coventry probably have the better squad and some big game experience with that cup run but both are little way behind Sheffield United

I'd say Sheff Utd are head and shoulders above these two, free money for them to go up really.

Dang. Was looking forward to a shoot out. Subs improved Sunderland massively in extra time. Sheff will punish a similar display though.
