Sporting Club Inkberrow threw away a 2 goal lead and finished with a draw with Studley on Saturday. This was the clubs first ever FACup game.
On Monday, at the replay, they triumphed in a close match 3-2 to record their first ever win in the competition.
Inkberrow are currently a back to back to back club having gained promotion in each of the last 3 seasons rising from the 7th tier of non league to 4th.
Move over Wrexham.

Further research reveals that their club house was first opened by a bloke called Robson, not unknown in these parts.
Inkberrow has two teams ! Which is a bit like Nacton having two. Same size of place.
Well. You live and learn !

I only found out that Inverness has another team apart from Caledonian Thistle in the last fortnight. And that was because I watched some of the Kings Of Anglia video after the Aberdeen game where they interviewed a Town supporter who was taking in a game at Inverurie the next day, got beaten by Clachnacuddin 0-5 (must have been a better watch than me going to Forfar to see them beating Arbroath 1-0.) So I wondered where Clachnacuddin was and found out that it was in the Merkinch part of Inverness, a city I have visited many times over the last twelve years but it is quite a bits and pieces place.

And then I am watching Paul Heaton at Belladrum and he introduces the band by which Scottish team they support and he claims to be a Clachnacuddin supporter (he did admit it was because a taxi driver told him that was the team to support though.)

Poll: What was in Wes Burns' imaginary cup of tea ?

They have their own standing area (on the far side of the ground from where all the other Forfar supporters sit...)
