If he goes for 35m then Chelsea be getting 8.75 m that's literally on 6.25 m profit hence we can't sell him for much less he s the one we can't lose he's the difference between promotion and missing out

35 - 22 = 13

13*0.25 =3.25

Total profit 13 - 3.25=9.75

Rubbish maths on your part but that is how the Manchester City and Chelsea model works with young talent. They both have huge amount of academy players, many loaned out and will never play for them.

When they sell them they put in these clauses, it's a win win situation for them.

I appreciate that and im not saying I have any issue if that's the case

but i don't see MA actually agreeing with that level of sell on clause, thats where I think he would have negotiated better and what he's good at

The relegation clause if that's what Omari asked for then thats not something he could resolve.

You'd have to imagine that one of the clauses would be us staying up, so I'd be amazed if we've paid the full £23m that's been quoted
