Following the thread down, the talk is we have bid £8m for him
They signed him in January for ~£4m and then he scored 8 in 20 as they got relegated to League 1
Profile wise looks a cross between Keiffer Moore and George Hirst; that may have been the start and end of interest, or maybe nothing in it - but an interesting name nonetheless and maybe one we go back in for |  |

This is the sort of player we need to be first to the punch with from abroad before you end up paying big money from another English club. See Ivanovic as well. Still makes me chuckle that from a trading perspective at least we made a minimum 2x profit on him and potentially 4-5x if all the add ons are met (unlikely with a return of 1 goal in 19 last season)
That loan spell at Cambridge really helped us, probably bumped up his price after a decent season. Somehing we might try and replicate at a higher level with Muric this season. | | | |
