I'm sure that many will see it differently though. Obviously assumes Hutchinson and Morsy departing.

Wouldn’t agree with that team, but it shows how much work there is to be done, if you compare to the game that finished the Championship season.

IF we didn’t add anyone else I’d make that about right with the exception of Humphreys, I don’t think he starts ahead of Taylor.
Personally I’d start Broadhead as well, can’t decide who for though.

I think there will be a few mor e in both before August 8th and after but those that come before will need some bedding in and I can't seem them starti g the first game if they're not here by the weekend. | |

I don’t know that Jaden or Clarke have earned a starting spot right now but we’ve invested the cash and we will therefore seek to get the most from them as we know they should be high performing at champ level. I would start with Broadhead on the left and Jaden on the right at this moment in time. It would give the balance of knowing Clarke is a high quality finisher and Ogbene can do the same finisher role on the other side. I hope Clarke could claim the left side as his own in a short space of time. I know you could say Broadhead can be finisher but let Clarke have a go at a tiring defence to start with. | |

Can’t see us losing Davis & Hutchinson. Davis would be very attractive from a PSR perspective as a departure I’m sure, but I doubt we would be willing to lose both of them. | | | |

I still have bad dreams about some of Philogene's performances last season, especially on the right hand side, so I hope Ogbene is fit and can be that natural Burns replacement.
I want Chaplin in there for some continuity and leadership, and Clarke has slightly more credit in the bank than the other left side options after last season - he looked painfully lightweight early on and ultimately didn't look PL ready, but he finished well and like many have said, he could rip the league apart. |  |
