I wonder if the current 'no cumulative votes' might be worth trialling for a couple of weeks to see if it helps promote board equality, liberty & fraternity? Quite often see complaints on here about 'heavyweight posters' (ie those with 8K+ uppies) being intolerant of those disagreeing with them.
