Yeah I've been baffled by the lack of coverage of our dealings recently, you'd think poaching an arch rivals star player and setting a championship record fee for a Norwegian wunderkind would make a ripple somewhere? To be honest, Nunez isn't news outside of East anglia.

No one else was seriously linked with Egeli, and there's not been much previous chat about him. So that's not big news outside of Ipswich. The record fee might get traction.

Who cares if we don't get national coverage. Better to go under the radar.

A business contact of mine, Watford ST holder, told me his son had drawn his attention to the report on Sky and asked him what he thought I'd think about it.

So there is an ever so slight ripple beyond East Anglia, they also thought we'd signed a very good player.

Based on BBC coverage of Town increasing ever since the new era started, I’ve assumed we now feed them regular press releases for regurgitation - rather than them looking for news to report on. Prob one sitting there in the inbox for action soon no doubt.
