Sad to see him go.

Good move for him, and best of luck.

Why is it horrible? He isn’t good enough. Simple as that. That’s why he’s ended up at Coventry. If he’s as good as you lot make out he would be at a better team !

Total nonsense. He’s more than good enough, he was a staple in the side that was promoted from this league and didn’t look out of place in the PL. A player that didn’t need replacing and it’s no wonder he and others have wanted out.

In a side that shipped loads of goals at championship level. He isn't as good as O'Shea and won't get on ahead of him so can see why making the move. Having said that watch Coventry get loads of clean sheets now.

I think he's just as good as O'Shea, just with different attributes. Wolf's a very underrated player, never let us down last season in the Premier League, I recall at Fulham away he looked particularly good.

It's a real shame, but he needs to be playing and with O'Shea and Greaves brought in for big money, evidently it won't be here.

Was always going to happen. Badly handled by the club, and we have not brought in a clear upgrade considering the amount spent IMO.

Sorry it had to end this way, but grateful for everything he's done for us.

Poll: Who would you play at right centre back on Saturday?

Strengthening a very good coventry side could end up being an abysmal piece of business financially, if they beat us to a promotion spot!

Agreed! It is pretty sickening as they are going to be right up there for promotion, and I can't stand the smug Teflon-smooth Lampard

Real shame this. Of course he is good enough, hasn’t let us down, and can feel rightly aggrieved at falling out of favour as he will have looked on at some questionable moments from our current centre half pairing, it is no surprise he has been keen to re-start his career elsewhere. I hope he os a huge success.

Exactly this. It has all the hallmarks of us getting bitten in the bum.

Good move from Coventry. They're putting together a tidy side.

I imagine Frank Lampard will appreciate his footballing skills.

Coventry's next game - Home to Norwich.

Although I doubt Wolf will be a starter from the off.

MCGuinness coming to replace him?

Sounds odd, as we have 4 perfectly capable CBs at the club now with Furlong arriving, albeit as a RB ideally
