Son’s high school game. They get to play at the local USL team’s stadium as the school they’re playing doesn’t have their own pitch.

I rewatched a match from last weekend this morning.

We should have scored five, and it's galling that we didn't.

It was an excellent cushion and finish from Kipré.

Obviously a superlative spin move and strike from Jaden.

And the anticipation from Clarke to begin his run early enough to give us all three options from any potential rebound (Azon on the left, Clarke central, Szmodics on the right) was a great piece of football intelligence.

That said, Norwich had probably the two best chances. Topic around 50min mark when he shot wide when unmarked. And then the other fella near the end.

Had to pick up my bespoke curtain poles from Jim Lawrence, then pop into Jewsons to choose the new patio slabs, then go to Screwfix to get curtain pole fixings, then onto Next to get granddaughter a new duvet set for when she comes to sleep in her new grown up bed.
Home now and able to get on with the important things of life, ie, , checking on here to see any new ITFC news and views and to check what you lot are up to on this day off.

Nope, watching tedious daytime quiz shows as the wife has the remote.

Going to see Definitely Oasis this evening at the Baths, couldn’t get tickets for the real thing, so making do with a tribute act. They’re well-regarded as one of the best Oasis tribute acts around, sent them a couple of times before and they’re very good.

Yeah, taking the derby out of it I think it was no more than a 6/10 - 6.5/10 performance in reality. Winning was everything though, and even then we could have scored 5 or 6 against a Nodge side that got their tactics right for 90% of the match.

Saw a classic at Notcutts Park, as Woodbridge came from 1-3 down after 87 minutes to win 4-3 in the 97th minute.

Another Suffolk triumph over Norfolk rivals, although Harleston is only a few hundred yards the wrong side of the Waveney.
