I'm not an expert footy fan by any means, but personally, I tend to enjoy the spectacle of women's games more than men's. There just seems to be more action and stuff happening. Also, in the case of my Arsenal supporting son, getting tickets to an Arsenal women's fixture is a lot easier and cheaper! | |

I'm not an expert footy fan by any means, but personally, I tend to enjoy the spectacle of women's games more than men's. There just seems to be more action and stuff happening. Also, in the case of my Arsenal supporting son, getting tickets to an Arsenal women's fixture is a lot easier and cheaper! |
To be honest modern day men's footie isn't the best spectacle. The Premier season was a bit of a let down. Seems to be more about stopping the oppostion play than playfing football yourself. Women's football being slower paced and without the athletic ability to close space like in the men's game, gives it a bit of a 70's feel and you have enough time to follow the play and see the opportunities. The men's game is just too fast and competitive at times. Still not watching women's football though. | | | |
