With each passing week we're looking more like the team we expected to see 17:06 - Nov 8 with 846 viewsDubtractor

It's not going to be perfect every week (Charlton for example), but that's 20 points from the last 10 games, and 23 goals scored in that time.

Repeat that over the rest of the season and we won't be far out.

I thought that first half was the best team performance of the season so far.

Hey now, hey now, don't dream it's over

Win our game in hand and we're three points off second place....

Yes the last ten game league were second to only Coventry,
Onward and upward,
It's can Coventry last the pace because I know we will,

KM knows what he's doing.

Squad strength is head and shoulders above the rest.

He's integrating everyone into the style of play.

I think we'll win the league.

I've been fairly critical of us up to this point, but clearly the last 2 away games against 'typical' Championship teams, have been very good results.

Keep it going.

Leicester top the day off nicely, too.

It's remarkable that McKenna has been manager this long and people still don't understand how he manages for the long term.

We might have started a bit too slowly but I do think we will be close to winning it.

Cut out conceding goals from a rare opposition attack and we will shoot up this league. I still think we will be top on New Year's Day.

It's crazy. I thought we had got past it all seasons back when he talked about the single fan clapping when we played out from the back when he was instilling that in us and explaining it was important moment for supporters recognising what we were trying to do.

Same with the squad rotation and integration.

I think he has done an unbelievable job of steering the ship through a lot of upheaval and getting us well set with whole squad up and running.

I do still worry when nunez isn't playing that 10 role.

Akpom comes on and hes so far advanced we lost that ball spraying we enjoyed for 70 minutes. That's not his fault that's just his game. But I dont see how we progress with that set up when the rotation of our 10 happens.

a niche perspective

I see your point but I think KM would probably say we don't have fixed 10s sometimes. Different players have different strengths in there.

Azon goal today was important. If we can get Chuba going with a goal or two etc and it'll be another step.

I always thought the longer this squad hung in there the stronger it’d get. In the face of that, the teams that started well won’t all continue it.

Coventry might. They’ve a good winning habit. However we have a deeper, better squad than anyone and that should count for something as we go through the winter. We saw last season with a weaker squad than just about everyone else bar Saints and Leicester how it got tougher and tougher. The reverse may well happen this season as the team and squad develop.

I suspect somebody is going to get a real hammering off us sooner rather than later, though that might be my happy after a good win head talking.

Do you indeed? Funny how a couple of wins can change someone's perspective.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

We are certainly a good team when things are going our way, not totally convinced just yet that we have the full fight that's required just yet.. improving all the time though.
I thought Swansea did their best to knock us about today, but that we stood up to them really well.

Long way to go and momentum is certainly with us now. Great that Azon scored today, the whole squad looked really chuffed for him.
