Wolves 12:12 - Dec 21 with 2034 views_CliveBaker_

Anyone else think it’s starting to look a bit difficult for them to stay up, or just me?

Anfield & Old Trafford for their next 2. Stinker of a season.

I think that's an understatement, they're down already in my book.

16 points from safety, with 21 games left.

If we say 36 points keeps you up they will need 34 pts from 21 games... 1.62 ppg.... Hard to see it happening I'd say basically impossible at this point.

Watched the highlights and can safely say that they look even worse than us last season. Done for I'm afraid.

I'd imagine Derby fans are watching developments closely.

Unless Pep, or Sir Alex is tempted out of retirement they are absolutely done for. There’s always optimism but realistically you’d think their January business will be centred around building for the Championship. Anyone we could consider swooping in for?

Indeed. My post was a little tongue in cheek, they’re toast. What a miserable season for them.

They are a lot worse than us and Saints/LCFC too. I don’t think I’ve seen as bad a Premier League team as that. Even Sheffield U showed some fight when they were getting whoopassed the other year. They’ve collapsed and will do well to get by Derby’s 11 points.

33 points is what they got in their last 22 matches last season from that strong run of form.

That's what they will be aiming for this season when Cunha returns.

They’re down. Such a pity Cunha didn’t leave them last season, then it’d be them relegated and probably not us …. But we were very poor anyway .

Not sure how you come to that conclusion? We finished 19th so surely, lcfc woulda been the side that survived?

Agreed, lcfc should have a points penalty for breaching financial rules, i'm actually amazed they havnt had any deductions as yet

I thought they made it difficult for themselves last season but this one is a far worse start. I really can't see them making it this one.

Justice delayed is justice denied. Absolutely absurd that neither Leicester nor Man City have been punished for their cheating.

Still can’t understand why on earth Rob Edwards moved from Boro to Wolves. It’s like climbing off a lifeboat onto a sinking ship

Agreed, I can only guess Wolves gave him a huge contract. They'd have been mad to do that as they looked a basket case. A huge bonus for keeping the club up would have made sense.
