Some of them seem to think we are a team of cheating, diving , gobby shthouses.

My gut response to that is good

After their display at Portman Road which was nothing short of the worst anti football I can recall watching, good.

And after his unpunished blatant assault on Jens at FPR, Travis scoring the OG, good

And getting sent off, even better.

I like Derby as a club, like us they were unfashionable outfit in the seventies who took on the big boys and won. Like us they suffered admin after the ITV Digital collapse and have been through tough times but are getting back on their feet.

The two clubs have a lot in common, but this John Eustace iteration is horrible and ugly. He's getting results now so they won't complain, much like us under McCarthy. But if things take a retrograde turn they'll want to see the back of him.

Don't boil a kettle on a boat.

Some of their fans were pretty salty some div was giving it large about how norwich are a much better side than us. So i asked him if he'd seen the league table? Then asked him to name 1 player they have that would get in our side he went pretty quiet

So i kept walking and his response was oh yeah that's it run away, so i just casually responded with, no one is running mate, i'm just walking to the station

We are supposed to turn up and play like a load of “southern softies” and they don’t like it when we stand up to them.

I do love that Furlong is the king of shithousery though!

Some incredible head loss from derby fans claiming ref was corrupt. No mention of their keeper faking injury early on, though. Fk em.

O’Shea did have hold of the keeper’s shirt to pin him and Furlong was making the most of any contact (if there was any). But then neither were out of character for the game. It was pretty niggly and ugly from both of us at times. It was certainly one where you have to win the physical battle to earn the right to play football. The holding was constant.

Travis sending had impact no the game, he awarded them a pen and we missed 4 big chances, they can’t have any complaints ffs.

We were by far the better side and had we taken our chances would have won by 2 or 3. I saw the PR match and felt Derby were a disgrace and brought the game into disrepute with their tactics. Did much the same today as was evidenced by the farcical injury to the keeper early doors. Great result and thoroughly deserved.

He did have the keeper. Might have been ruled out with VAR for that. Though if we are calling shirt holding a foul after all, then we should have had about 10 pens.

If this was what they thought after the game today, I'd love to see what they'd have made if it if they were us after the game at Portman Road.

Never ever seen such blatant cheating as it in my life, made the Italians look like amateurs. For a whole half of football they went down 'injured' every time a ball was contested, whether in the air or on the floor. McKenna even noting it hardly resembled a game of football.

Thankfully the ref was strong and made an example of them, and that last minute pen is still the most elated I've felt all season.

Not normally a team I have a problem with but since Eustace came in they've become extremely unlikeable. Fook em, cry more Derby.

I was delighted we actually showed a bit of bite today. Sometimes it can feel like we think we're above the darks arts. We ran down the clock well, bought fouls when needed, and probably the icing on the cake was Furlong baiting Travis into that red card. The ball was barely in play for the duration of extra time; exactly what we wanted.

So they can cry all they want, but realistically they would have done the same thing probably 10 times over.

Absolutely. It was a real battle and the ref struggled to get a grip on it which resulted in inconsistent decisions. It was great to see us stand up to it and get the balance right such that no one saw red for us.

Me and the missus had a lovely day at Derby today. We got there a bit early and ending up chatting with some of their older fans. Reminiscing about the 70s and 80s is one of my favourite pastimes. As for the game, Derby were the better team in the first half after we got our first goal. In the second half we came out to play and they resorted to thuggery. Azon must be black and blue. Neil and Mehmeti look awesome and both played a big part in the second goal. Safe home everyone.

I loved the fact that the Derby player went through obn of ours early doors in an attempt to rough us up and ended up with a nose bleed himself . Justice was done!

There's precious little dark arts from our players with the exception of Furlong, ( good lad lol) so its a bit rich Detby fans accusing us of something they are well practised in...

LOL, if a young budding full back wants to learn the trade, he could do far worse than watch Darnell Furlong in " action ". Not only solid and reliable, but as suggested, the absolute master of S'housery and somehow usually manages to not even get booked for it! It's about time we had a player like that. God knows we've been on the receiving end enough times over the years. More power to your elbow DF!

Went our after the game with a mate and his dad who are both season ticket holders. Both were very annoyed with the ref for making the game all about himself but thought we were obviously the better team and deserved the win.

Weren't too happy with Furlong which is fair enough!
