We’ve had plenty of people claiming that we’re not playing as well as two years ago but that move is the ethos of Mckenna’s football at its best: work the ball, aggressively look for gaps and then getting the execution right for pass, cross and header. |  |

Looked very tidy didn’t he? If we’re being modern about it I was impressed how ‘progressive’ he was in possession, really looked to get us up the pitch. Lovely player and a good age, he won’t be short of offers in the summer. |  | | |

Great set up and header. Isn't it lovely being able to celebrate a goal instantly. If that was in the prem there would have been a three minute delay whilst they checked if our goalkeeper had his laces tied correctly 15 passes earlier in the move.

His definition of a forward pass seems to be slightly different to the rest of the team's.
His pass out to Davis in the move for the second goal was quite a way in front of Leif, he only just kept it in but given that Davis didn't have a Derby player anywhere near him it was absolutely the right pass. Another of our players would have passed it to Leif's feet and he'd have been in possession of the ball about 10 yards further back than he could have been. |  | | |
