The only just outcome. We can't tell what advantage was gained, but it is possible that it affected results.

I hope the EFL response to that will be “yes you have that legal right, but we’re so constrained by other time considerations outside our control (world cup, official English League finish and start dates) now that the hearing will have to be in the close season”, by which time it’ll be too late to alter which clubs are in which league.
