They'll need to look at replays of the lad running away multiple times to see if sufficient contact was made. I suspect, as long as he wasn't in an unnatural position, it'll stick with the original decision.

I haven't seen a single person "go after" the intern. Only after the So'ton manager and the senior staff responsible for deciding spying was a route they were going to go down.

I agree it's unfortunate and unfair on him that his image and name are being splashed all over various media globally.
