They do tend to choose EFL managers with a lot of success at that level, often ones with 22 points at the elite level. Having spent eye watering sums.

I think KM needs to prove himself in the Premier League first. Town stay up this season then it wouldn't surprise me that a mid Premier League side who needed a manager took him on.
