Not what I saw, I watched PSG players falling over at every opportunity to win free kicks as well and unable to break down an incredibly resolute and organised team. It wasn’t what most would call a beautiful game in the traditional sense but was incredibly absorbing and tactically brilliant match.

It was a much better game once PSG Equalised....Otherwise Arsenal would have camped in their half the whole game.
Arsenal are very negative for he players they have. They have good attacking players but choose to play the way they do. Their choice and it works a lot of the time. [Post edited 30 May 20:41]

I’ve been to Emirates quite often, friends have corp seats which they invite me too. Seen them 4 times live this season and enjoyed it, but I’ll also admit having been a defender playing at a semi decent level 30+ years ago I may appreciate defending more than others.
Each to their own but I disagree that defending is all they do, they’re an effective attacking team who choose to commit to not being open and conceding goals versus scoring them. Takes a lot of skill, discipline and control. | | | |
