Its sandy loam. Theyd have reseeded etc ( you can see the lines of the disc seeder) and popped some sandy loam ontop. Overtime its brushed into the surface and dissapears as the grass grows. Helps to keep an even surface and fills in small divots.

The plan is for both the new west stand concourse, including west facing turnstiles and relocated ticket office by the Sunderland game.

Same for fanzone changes. Am sure some peripheral works may still be ongoing. But as usable areas it’s Sunderland on 22nd August.

That’s 59 days, or 8 weeks and 3 days, or 1.9 months.
