Still not sure how this will work.
My son has an U23 season ticket and when he's at Uni my wife goes and I upgrade it, so I assume she'll have to log in download that separately each time.

I may have mis-read it, but the tone also seems to suggest that any accommodations this year will be temporary, before a full 100% mandatory roll-out for 27/28.
That's not going to really solve anything for those who don't own a smart phone, and have no desire or intent to do so.

Can't see why not. I bought two tickets for the Rayo Vallecano game and just forwarded the email to my boy and he downloaded his ticket to hid wallet. |  |

Think it depends how things are set up - some things e.g boarding passes for some airlines can't be transferred once they've been sent to a dedicated account | |

As long as they're making money, and selling as many tickets as possible, they won't care.
What they're most bothered about is people giving tickets to their chums etc., rather than putting them up for resale, so the seat can be re-sold at the full matchday price. | |

No I agree would rather have it as is but seeing as it will be a requirement for the following season anyway (if we stay up) then the club doesn't really have much choice. | |

Genuinely, I don't think most of my mates who I'd give the ticket to *do* have an account- but I guess they can just make one?

Club have encouraged giving tickets to friends for a couple of years.

I’m in a similar boat. Club told me I could have the one digital account for both tickets, because I have the same issues with my son’s ticket. Will see shortly how it works in practice | |

Now I'm confused, what is stopping me taking a screenprint of the season ticket and simply WhatsApp it to a mate so they can use it (obviously after money has changed hands)?
Or are they saying their scanning software will only accept it if its in google or apple wallets.? |  | | |
