So we now have our two sitting in front of the back 4 types, that I assume are vying for one spot once Azor gets back to fitness.
If the next answer in there is Sasa Lukic, that’s another tidy, recycles possession type, hmmm. We are going to need someone to get about the pitch and break the lines a bit more then that aren’t we?
If the answer is high pressing, high energy (short) forwards and just DCMs behind them, could be interesting when we face some of the worlds best in the middle of the park. Still need that marquee guy from somewhere.

We desperately need a ball carrying / creative type in the middle
To date I think we've ticked a few boxes in the transfer window and so far I'm quiet happy but yeah , we need to spend big on that type / style of player . My worry is because IMHO how important this role is and how good a player I'd suggest we need in there , we'd perhaps struggle to interest toward a " splash the cash " type player
Hope I'm wrong and I guess it's all relative anyway

I agree re your numbers to still come in (and the positions). Safe to assume at least 2, probably 3/4 of those will be loans though. And whilst they come with a cost it's nothing like a full transfer. Probably looks something like:

My guess is there will be 2-3 loans in those 7 signings (maybe 8 if we are looking to bring in two more CAMs to provide more wide cover) and maybe a free transfer (Denis Cirkin or Alberto Moreno to provide cover for Davis?). Assuming that takes £15m in loan/signing fees, then the remaining 4 signing could come in at £30m x 2, 15m and 10m | | | |
