Win more games and get more points than the other teams.
I think that ought to do it.

- Get some continuity of how the teams playing from Youth up until first team. From what it sounds like this is not happening at the moment.
- Get a sports psychologist in. When we're playing bad we really do crumble.
- Sign people with a view to them actually playing. No 'experiments'.
- Pass and move in training. If you can't deal with quick pass and move then you're gone.
- I'm sure I read that we have abroad scouts somewhere?! I'd get them looking more into the Dutch and German leagues where there's a lot of good, technical players.
- Try to build a positive repoire with fans straight away. Mick has unfortunately lost fans recently with perhaps some naive comments. Sure, he's entitled to think that he's done a good job, which he probably has to be fair, but it's got stale and boring and is time for change.
- Get a forward thinking CDM in. A bootleg Alonso (see scouting).
- Pace up front in this league will win games. Get someone nippy in.

This is all I can be bothered with right now but there's lots more I'd like to change.

Promotion in summer of 3rd season.

Full assessment of current senior academy players and create plan to have at least 3 in the team that gets promoted.

Bring in specialist attack and defensive coaches under my control.

Arrange a series of increasingly challenging pre-season friendlies at clubs with known centres of excellence for coaching, and arrange for players and coaches to shadow for 2 days per club in build up.

Lock kenlock, bart, emmanuel on longer contracts. Send Dozzell and Hyam on loan for 6 months

Invest and send Bishop on a specialist fitness and motivational summer camp.

Retain Pitman, Spence and Bru for a further year.

Release Skuse and Moore. Do not offer Samuel a contract.

Offer Huws contract.

Focus recruitment on a marquee central mid creative player. Scour lower leagues for a defensive holding midfielder, up and coming.

Buy another striker to support Pitman, Sears, McGoldrick. And seek a Premier league loanee.

Buy a new winger with pace.

Focus training on continuous movement of players and ball; provide flexibility in shape. Target a reduction in incomplete passes for the season 15% below current.

Poll: How many points will Town get from 5 (Wat, Boro, Hull, Cov, Hudd)?

... but I'm convinced he can play a supporting role. Its just our style, or lack of it, is completely at odds with Bru's.

Please can I have a second interview?

Find another owner who won't mind spending a fortune to get us up and stay up.

Sunderland are coming down from five years of PL with £200m loss in that time. Football is screwed, and owners like Evans ought to get out while they can.

Depressing to type this.

Amen, Kevin Bru is nowhere near good enough for us if we're aiming to go up.

If we're aiming to come a similar position or lower, Bru is the man for sure.

Skuse is one of the better DM in the league, it's just when he's paired with another one that the midfield is toothless in attack. Getting rid of him would be a big mistake, he'd go on to another team who would realise his strengths better and go on to better things, a la Leadbitter

Bristol fans seem to think Skuse played a major part in their relegation
Leadbitter has obviously played a large part in 'Boro's relegation.

I think that ought to do it.

Sounds like a good five point plan to me
