He should never have been put in that position. Chalobah was marking two on the back post and was caught between the two. There is/was no authority or direction in the back line from what should be experienced pros. It was evident all game and has been our downfall for a while. Evident in their second goal also, Chalobah was again the closest to defending the cross ahead of two cb''s and a lb that could and should have been covering between them..... Poor organisation. |  |

I thought judging from the comments that it was going to be a howler. Don't get me wrong, it could have been better but no where near the crap fest people are making out. Looks easy from a high camera angle on a tv screen but real time, whipped in floor level is a lot harder to catch with out spilling and the second punch he was already off balance on the way down to hitting the deck so not sure how catching was going to be possible. That's my view but no where near the howler it was made out to be. | | | |
