Apart from the points made, re Blue and Suffolk, there are a number of other reasons why an itfc takeover may be more viable than ncfc

- ME more willing to sell than Delia (not to mention price)
- Lower expectations and start point for Town, easier to make an impact quicker
- History of town (of course)
- Location nearer Newmarket and London......

....surely more....only wish....
