If the intent is to prolong the lockdown today, you simply cannot say "but everything will be okay come May 28th". Once you set a date you're all but tied to it.

We don’t need dates but it might help some if an indication could be given as to what the future might look like.
Guideline for the rules that will apply to Hotels, Restaurants etc, Not just bland comments like “social distancing rules will apply.
Possible examples. Hotels with full facilities, restaurant bar etc, limited to x% occupancy.
