Coverage 17:05 - Aug 22 with 4315 viewsNthsuffolkblue

I thought that was really good quality. Clear and with decent commentary.

To get that for £10 is good value. I know it isn't the same as watching there but if we had seen that friendly it would have been at least £10 per head, 4-5 hours travelling plus petrol and parking costs. Would have taken up all day and been at least 10x more expensive.

I like the idea of the option of watching without the same level of commitment in terms of time and money. Even better to be able to go again when things change but I hope the coverage online is decent.

Not going to be like that for our games!

How does our coverage compare? Is it lower definition, poorer commentary and buffer? How much worse is it?

Also, I logged in on my laptop and then tried to change to watching on the smart TV. It allowed me to log in but when I went to watch the coverage it just buffered even when I then logged off on the laptop. Anyone know if you can switch from one device to another once you have started using the pass on one?

Ifollow? It's fine. You have the radio Suffolk commentary, which some like and some don't, but the picture is very good all things considered, and the commentary is in sync.

I watched it and took me three machines to find one that would run their coverage, good as it was once it was up and running!

Was it reliable last season? This place used to be full of complaints every match day when it first started.

With ifollow I use a chromecast to put it on the telly and it works absolutely fine - you have to run it on google chrome and cast the full screen to get it to work, but I’ve never had any problems doing that.

You'd have to ask someone else as I've never used it.

Oh it works with chromecast does it? Good to know.

I got it the other week so I could do BT Sport from by phone.

Usually do it through the laptop, had to do it today as chromecast didn’t seem to work.

I suppose that's what Premier League money gets you, professional quality coverage and commentary - certainly better than ColU's effort!

One of the reasons being in lower leagues is sh1t is that if you live out of East Anglia, you get little, if any, coverage or news apart from what you go out of your way to find yourself (so I'm extremely grateful for this site, thank you Phil n Gav 👏🏻

It's not just the content, it's the pride I used to feel when ITFC got national - and international - mentions and coverage.

Most if not all premier league clubs have their own in house channel with presenters etc. Their media budget is probably the same as our whole budget

Just run your laptop through your TV via a HTMI cable.

You can get it to work by casting your Chrome tab to the TV which has a Chromecast plugged in.

Will need to Google what that means but I guess it's easy enough to do.

I presume it means I can't use the laptop to do something else at the same time, though.

It worked nicely having the footie on the laptop and the cricket on the tv even if preference would have been the other way round.

Know what you're saying.

I thought you'd be able to access it through a browser on the TV, but guessing not then.

Got the site and logged in fine but when I started the coverage I just got the buffering symbol for a long time. I wondered if that was because I was already watching on another device but would have thought it would have stopped me logging in instead.

Of course ifollow is a different system so would be interested to know if I can access that from the TV browser fine.

Like you, I'd prefer to use the TV if it's possible.

Anyone know what's up with iFollow right now? Last week or so it's not let me sign in and keeps asking me to "Register here to ensure that you are first to hear about next season’s iFollow packages at your club and to be in with a chance of winning an iFollow pass of your choice for the 2020/21 season." Guessing this is temporary since I had an email from them a couple of weeks ago about renewing my season pass. Or is it just me?
