My knee is giving me gip. Hope is doesn't get worse. Bit of over training I think but ironically it hurts more after cycling than whilst cycling. Fiik what that is all about. |  |

Nope! We watched Circle last night, as recommended in the other thread and was inspired by 12 Angry Men. We both thought it was very good, especially as it's such a low budget movie made by a couple of youtubers. Very similar to Cube, which I love.

Knees are funny things
I knew yesterday it was going to rain today partly cos my left knee ached and partly cos I watched the weather forecast
One is usually more accurate than the other |
My cycling buddy just commented that as you get older, things start to ache more. Oh to be 20 again.
When I was 15 I did a sponsored walk - 3 days 60 miles. The first day was 25 miles and I thought I'd see if I could run it. I did. Took about 5 hours but pretty much ran a marathon, without a days training. I was young, fit and then walked the rest of the walk without issue.
If I tried to run a marathon now, my money would be on intensive care around mile 17. | |

I know the feeling
As I kid in summer hols we often cycled from Ipswich to Walton on Naze, spent the day footie, swimming etc and then cycle back and when I left school I played a 3 90 minutes football matches on 3 day consecutively.
I walk a fair bit (5 miles a day or so) but need a rest afterwards | |

Honestly Keno, I'm pretty fed up at the moment.
Home working is starting (understatement) to grate, I've not been to a gig since March, no music festivals all summer, lots of other gripes too, and no sign that any of this will change in the coming months. I'm a pretty positive chap for the most part, takes a lot to get me down, but 5 months of this has achieved it.
To compound it, I've got this week off work, and the weather forecast is pretty dismal. Hence I am on here..... |  |
