I just had a wrap with grilled lamb kebab, lettuce, pepper, radish and cucumber from the garden, plus mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.

A piece of salmon that was already in thew fridge with salad and a drop of dressing.
I will probably follow that up shortly with an ice cream of some description given the weather.

Three slices of giraffe bread and butter, handful of roasted peanuts, two finger kit kat chunky and can of Dr pepper zero. Disappointing really but leaves room for a serious dinner later, which as it stands could well be a Nandos. Will confirm. |  |
