1. Liam Manning
2. Carlos Corberan (assuming KD isn’t available and acknowledging CC is unlikely).

Manning and the rest of his coaching team has past connections with ITFC and Manning looks like just the sort of modern thinker we need to move the club forward

1 — Appleton ... which worries me a touch as I think you need to get managers at a certain sweet spot and for him that was 6-12 months ago.

2 — Manning, on balance.

I suspect we will be looking at managers who are proven at this level and higher, so as much as I like the idea of Manning, I suspect that would be considered too high risk.

I hope it is not Appleton, he has done little of note as a manager.

A statement of intent, just think both for him and us a lot of boxes get ticked...

Yes he turned down Norwich but we don't know the clauses that may have been involved..

He didn't turn Norwich down, there wasn't an offer and I don't believe there would have been. Don't think him and ITFC would be right for each other tbh.

I keep finding myself thinking that it will be someone we may have hardly heard of ... possibly foreign.

The Gamechanger crowd clearly would have the connections. Didn't I read that Berke Bakay has connections to a big Turkish club, forget who?

Just a feeling that it will be someone we may not have thought of.

Think: McGreal on a permanent deal after Ashton tries to court Appleton but pulls out of the arrangement after Lincoln drop further down the table.

Want: Liam Manning or Michael Duff

(Edited after someone mentioned Duff on another thread)
