If Ashton's as crap as some people are claiming, maybe a strong character to whip us into shape and take no bullsh*t is just what's needed for a while. I suppose it all depends on if the management team have a clear idea who they want and whether that person is available now, or if we'll have to wait until the summer, etc. Or whether they've already got who they want in McGreal. |  |

I'm not sure about the football we'll play under Warnock, but he is someone who can organise a team and get the most out of his players - and that should be enough for us to get promoted, however this will only ever be a short term appointment |  |
