Not looked at the list but if Radacanu and Peaty aren’t on a shortlist of presumably 10 or 12, it’s wrong. They ought to be 1st and 2nd.
I tried betting Radacanu for this before the final but she was 1/4. Someone had clocked that if she won the final, she’d win this and she was 2/5 for the final. |  |

I thought his homophobia/sexism would've ruled him out of that award.
Plus, the award is given on sporting achievement isn't it, if it was going to big characters the award would just go to people with good banter every year surely ? [Post edited 13 Dec 2021 10:56]

but in 10 years time when you look at past winners it might be "2021 Raducanu? Who's she?".
