It is very easy to say that, yes - but this guy is a coach becoming a manager - having a clear method of play he wants to achieve rather than talking formations is uplifting. Of course, I hope his style matches his words - but I have no doubt he's a straight shooter.
He does have a bit of Jose's demeanor about him - not ever emotive in the press, but I bet you he will be going bananas in the technical box. | |

Unfortunately several recent managers appear to have set teams up without this objective featuring at all.
Of course, the likelihood is that they lost sight of the most important things in focusing on something else but it is good to verbalise the correct goals. |  |
