Would lodging an appeal ASAP serve to put Morsy's ban on hold pending the outcome of the appeal?
Similarly, would it be worth it given that the usual outcome of these things is to uphold the ban and add on a couple of games for having the temerity to appeal? | |

I'd certainly like to see what other footage they've seen to base their charge on, as the clip linked doesn't clearly show what happened, having viewed it many times, and enlarged it, you couldn't say for sure either way whether he did, or whether the amateur dramatics was in full effect from him shoving Hamilton's arm out of the way that he'd held up to Morsy. Surely they'd need more than that?

It does look weak without Morsy. I know we’ve had a change of owner/management, but for all the midfielders we’ve had in L1 there’s only been Morsy and Downes who’ve offered any physicality and ability to stand up to bully-boy tactics. Third season in and we’re still too lightweight. | | | |
