Outstanding wasnt it. Couldn't agree more on Burns. Out on his feet and you could see himself force just.one more track back every time. Outstanding absolutely outstanding. MOTM for that shift.
Luongo was top quality when he came on.
Williams brilliant until ran out of gas. Clarke fair play did well with that switch.
Everyone contributed. Harness out an absolute shift in.
Scarlett has a fabulous touch and first time ball on him. He has to learn to press without the ball. A little if pretending to going on...he'll learn.
Hladky - excellent.
Morsy - always excellent.
Hutchinson - best performance
Burgess - Rock.
Everyone else contributed something. Taylor did not la k effort. Bit too long on ball and wrong option sometimes but worked hard off the ball

And even when knackered he was still pushing Manning back and getting passed him. Manning's no mug - he's a tenacious little sod and has been one of the best left backs in the league over the last couple of years. Wes will be Wes though and mess up the final ball, but just that threat to get to the line and turn the defense around is important for us. | |

That was probably the wrong game to start Taylor - Saturday may have been better - but he needed gametime, and we won. Think Hutchinson shows how we need to give players time to get adjusted to the system. | |

But when it comes to shooting its either as I said wack it and see what happens. Which helped him score 50% of times. Now we aren't even getting wack it attempts that go in. So we're worse off in that respect.

If you're quoting those two stats why are you leaving out the third which is the 16 chances he's created this season which is second only to Davis?
As discussed previously, it's not always the players fault he's not picking up assists, he's creating chances, other players have to do there bit for Burns to notch an assist.
But we've done this dance before, you don't care about facts, evidence or statistics. You only care about posting your opinion as many times as you can until you've worn down all resistance.

Your point on goal scoring is also quite strange, he's averaged 10 goals a season for the last two seasons, a good return from that position. It's very early in this season to be taking aim at his goals for this year.
