Absolutely soul destroying 17:01 - Jan 5 with 2001 views | Jimmy86 | Definitely a case of 2 points dropped today and 2 moments of stupidity have cost us big time.. But, what's even more soul destroying is that we hit the post and almost made it 3-1.. close, but no cigar, yet again.. but it may cost us dearly, come the end of the season

I felt the same after the final whistle but whilst the margins remain tight I feel they are starting to swing slightly more in our favour. Need to try and apply the McKenna mantra of not getting purse too high or too low.

Absolutely soul destroying on 17:11 - Jan 5 with 1888 views | berkstractorboy | Not sure it's soul destroying. Fulham have been in decent form and hard to beat. Disappointing, but if we can keep up this spirit and performances for 75% of the rest of the season in key games against the bottom half we should be fine. Just need to be more savvy with game management, Leif maybe doesn't need to be so advanced late on, but that's his game so without it we don't get all his goal involvements. In this new formation we are looking more solid, this gives me a lot more hope and potential signings will see we have been very competitive in most games.

I would define it as the last Mick McCarthy season. Turgid stuff.

Maybe a bit OTT, but it's definitely 2 points dropped, when we had 3 in the palm of our hand.. the fact we have 1 point, instead of 3 is absolutely gutting.. it'll be points that keep us up, come the end of the season..
Absolutely soul destroying on 17:13 - Jan 5 with 1851 views | gainsboroughblue | I'm not despondent. It just could've been even better. The live table had us 16th in the table during that game. That is not a side who are doomed and getting whacked to smithereens every week like some. I'm confident that even if we don't manage to stay up, we will have far from disgraced ourselves. Let’s just enjoy being at the top table, Fulham were unbeaten in 7, with a history of late goals. Yes a win would have been great but they missed 3 gilt edged chances to score, so it could have been way worse. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

We had as many really good chances as they did tbh.

Given their reserves absolutely bossed & hammered our only slightly different B team last season. I'd take 2 draws from them at this stage

Agreed, we've pushed them very hard both games this season. We are a work in progress.

But still marginally better than the 3 Stooges that followed

Clark puts that an inch to right we don’t have this conversation. Pleased with progress last few games, feels like we’re getting a bit more idea on how to approach. Fulham no mugs and we’ve taken two points from them. Gutted yes. Hope we can strengthen and not be screwed over the remainder of the season by only having one quality striker who can hold the ball up.

No not soul destroying but disappointing. We were sooooooo close. Survived a few scares and hit the post. The whole team played well as a unit.and I thought the subs were correct and at the right time. Wins are so crucial to survival at the top table and we let one slip there. Agggggggghhhhhhhhh.
