I see what you’re saying for sure. I’m far from enamoured with one of our centre backs so far but I thought Hirst received the balls in some nice areas today and failed to use it on way too many occasions, I thought the same at Preston.
Nobody should be writing off players for the season this early and that’s not what im doing but im far from convinced with what im seeing. | |

That's absolutely right. The problem though is that people will understandably highlight missed good chances when we haven't won the game. I'm a huge Hirst fan, particularly for the selfless work he does in leading the line, however that's consecutive games now where he's missed a decent chance that could have changed the outcome. | | | |
