Far from his best game but I tend to agree with you. For the first quarter he looked like the one who was going to make something happen for us. Admittedly he tailed off, but who didn't? I reserve the word shocker for Nunez and possibly Kipre
Jaden I thought was ok but struggled. Same with Mehmeti, neither of them got going. I thought Dan Neil was really not great, I thought McAteer was ok for the first 15 mins but apart from that, about the same as everyone else. Furlong, can't really remember anything he did. Hirst had a couple half chances but otherwise struggled against a Pompey defence that for the first 15 minutes I thought looked ropey. Greaves was just... there. Akpom and Sindre were immediately forgettable. |  | | |

By his standards yes, he was poor, but I stand by what I said about him looking the most likely to make something happen. There were occasions on the first half where he carried the ball really well, not just "tried some stopovers"
