Can't say which is the best, but I would say avoid the Queen Of Iceni. It's a big, open, souless space. A lot of Wetherspoons are at in beautiful old buildings but this is in some, crap retail park new build.
If you absolutely have to go to a Spoons then the Glasshouse is the lesser of the four evils. That said, there's at least half a dozen better places to drink than the Glasshouse within a 200m radius of it so you're better off going to one of those.
The iceni is just like an airport departure lounge and the Glass house, for one nicer pubs nearby but it attracts the all day cheap drinkers more. The atmosphere can be a bit tense sometimes in there ime

I live just outside Norwich, there are so many decent pubs.
The Belgian Monk is good. Beer will kick your arse though
I dont think the Monk is a patch on what it was, im sure the food is fine, I just dont think the beer list is particularly inventive. Goto one of the famous belgian beer bars in Bruges or Ghent and you can see what they could do.
