So potentially a percentage of the 9,000 season tickets will be able to attend. 18:59 - Jul 17 with 3130 viewsSitfcB

Can’t wait for the arguing over that!!!

Seriously though, there’s bound to be some season ticket holders that don’t want to attend until it’s completely safe to do so, so common sense will say the club will ask that question to S/T holders before choosing who can attend?!

How about:

1) Find out who definitely doesn't want to go.
2) Stick the rest who do into a lottery and for each game draw the number allowed plus a few extra as standbys.

Any other ideas?

Yep. Although if watching football means an uncomfortable train, limited pub time and weird experience in the ground then I might give it a miss at first.

If after asking every ST holder if they want to attend, there are still too many, the best way is to allow x half (?) in for one game and the other half in for the next etc.

Or each half of one game? Do a draw, the first 4500 get the first half, the other the second half, and if we're losing at half-time, they chuck in a consolatory pint and a pie for the first half lot?

I'd give you the boot. You've already seen your fair share of games.

Those people, along with the people who called Mick a nonce, should be banned for life anyway.

Do we know how many people are going to be allowed in? 9,000 ST holders spaced out in a 30,000 seat stadium should be alright, no?

Probably too many. Talk was of 25% of capacity and then the challenge is spacing those out across all 4 stands, which will upset those used to standing in lower North when they are told to sit in A block of Cobbold

I would have thought that with a capacity of 30 000 with careful planning all 9000 season ticket holders could be accommodated, fans not able to sit in their normal seats perhaps but family's could.

25%, roughly 7,500 then ... they’ll only need to boot out 1,500 ST holders a game and you’d get some of them voluntarily anyway. Don’t see it being a huge problem, doubt an individual ST holder would end up missing more than say one game.

Suspect season ticket holders are not spread evenly around the ground it maybe necessary to limit the number in SBRL and move some season ticket holders into other areas of the ground,

You would be allocated a seat and expect to sit in it, no bunching allowed. Will be a different experience to what people are used to.

Think you can expect stricter stewarding, with the clubs under threat of ground closure if rules not followed. Don’t expect away fans either.

Or, only ST holders allowed, and their seats temporarily distanced. That works perfectly for one-third capacity.

If only very few are allowed in the early stages, it'll be those with more expensive seats who are better behaved than North Stand oiks.

Of course a fair few people attending will be from the same household. This will help distancing but also give a good excuse for anyone who doesn't fancy towing the line.

The younger supporters are the ones who should be given priority. Us over 50s have been lucky enough to attend on a regular basis for the best part of half a century, although on current form it seems much longer.
I miss watching live football, I am lucky enough to be fit and healthy, but for the sake of a few more months, I would willingly give up my seat for a younger season ticket holder.
