Hughton's football is dull as hell, he's like Pulis without as much of a reputation. If I was a Forest fan I'd be disappointed they hadn't gone for Eddie Howe instead, at least his football's watchable. |  |

Seems like a lovely fella, and many down here were surprised when Brighton let him go, but the style of football wasn't appealing and overall ambition seemed to be limited. Got them promoted though!
Similar story at Newcastle, did well in lower division but a little lost in Premier league.
