It’s true it wasn’t his night tonight - the person I was chatting to on the platform at Haydon’s Road agreed - caught napping on the ball, mistimed tackles, misplaced passes, all that before you consider the dismissal. Last night wasn't poor, but it wasn't great - and the same can be said about the players, it was an average game, and the players were average - but average was enough to secure a comfortable victory. |  |
