I’ve got to agree with you, towards the end their keeper was trying to slow it down t every opportunity when the ball went out behind the goal, I counted at least 3 occasions in the last 10 mins when the ball team just sat there and allowed the keeper to fetch the ball himself as slow as he liked |  |

I think the ball boys and girls are invited from local football clubs on a match by match basis so it’s a bit harsh to have a go at them really, as imagine being 12 or so and suddenly being thrown in front of 27000 shouty sweary fans. No wonder they are a bit overawed. I know a lad who was a regular ball boy for Spurs and was part of a group that did it regularly, and was even ‘coached’ on how to speed up or slow down the game as necessary by Mourinho.
