dominated them, without scoring, so take your point on that.
"cant keep a clean sheet" we are 3 games in, and last season broke a club record for clean sheets/mins without conceding. and signing a bloke, who you know, might just help that defence, not so much in games, but with pointers and help in training.

Good signing. Get behind him. Probably signed by KM, so that when pricks start getting on players backs and putting unnecessary pressure on them. There's an extra calm head in the building, to help them through it..
It's his birthday tomorrow. He'll be 36. Should respect a player that's still in the game at that age. He must of done a lot right throughout his career, to keep himself in shape. Sort of useful knowledge and habits that are absolute gold for any younger players to learn from. Sort of mentor that is good to have at any club.
The manager and half the backroom staff have worked with the absolute elite in the game. They know what a squad needs.
And before you say the squad needs a striker.

You could argue that Humphreys was just as much to blame for not being able to hit the target from 7 or 8 yards, same for TJJ, etc, etc.
It's not really a case of being right, it's a case of it being so obvious that the fact it hasn't been addressed is frustrating.
We constantly hear the same lines being trotted out about how strong the squad is and how many goals there are in the team, neither of which are currently true.
We just lost to a team with Chambo, Skuse and Nouble in it! They even had the cheek to rest Judge and Sears.
