You could argue that Humphreys was just as much to blame for not being able to hit the target from 7 or 8 yards, same for TJJ, etc, etc.
It's not really a case of being right, it's a case of it being so obvious that the fact it hasn't been addressed is frustrating.
We constantly hear the same lines being trotted out about how strong the squad is and how many goals there are in the team, neither of which are currently true.

Agreed and an uppie from me. This has been an unsatisfactory start as the same problems we had this time last year under Cook and at the tail end of last year under KM are evident. Our inability to turn dominance into victories and naivety in defence to spurn momentum still persists.
Wolfenden’s gift against Morecambe last year and Penney’s clumsy back track at Burton and now Leif’s clumsy challenge against Bolton and Harper’s howler last night are a year apart but evidence of the same mental fragility.
