Frankly, and without any evidence to doubt them otherwise, I'd leave it to the professionals to decide. Also how much or how little this can be applied.
Muscle pliability as a focus does seem interesting from my own amateur experience as a player and coach though.
Do you always look for the most negative thing you can find in everyday life or is it just anything concerning ITFC.
No, I looked it up following a news story on TWTD and not knowing anything about it thought i'd see what it's all about. Then used the same website to find out if anyone else who'd looked into felt the same concerns.
Thanks for contributing with either yes you feel the same or, no It's a great partnership because....
So one that was nothing to do with the sports nutrition side and where the guy got the money he asked for.
One that says it deserves another look.
One that isn't about the sports nutrition side of things.
Did you even read the headlines or did you just desperately look for a problem?
If you look at the actual reviews for the products Town are likely to use they are all highly rated.
Im not even going to pretend I even understand what most of it is all about tbh, let alone how it's going to effect the players going forwards, considering it's a different sport etc, just unnerved me seeing a fair few negatives about the TB12 tbh. Nothing to deep and certainly not 'looking' for a problem, any high profiled partnership is a great one, within reason of course.

Or not everything has to be so binary. I expect most people couldn't give a sh1t tbh.

The products we will actually use sound decent. Are they are better than other high quality similar products? I doubt it. It's probably barely noteworthy apart from a bit of publicity here and in America.

I always like the use of the word “pseudoscience”.
Effectively a polite way of saying “a load of b0llox”…
My two-penneth (based on some of these articles) is that a solid proportion of what TB12 are selling is bunkam, but that doesn't mean some of the other methods aren't worth following. Certainly if it means our players are spending more time stretching, building core strength and being encouraged to do conditioning work that can't be a bad thing.
However if they are being told to drink "anti-concussion drinks", use post workout hydration to prevent sun burn and not eating tomatoes I'd be more concerned!
Never really sure what to make of these kind of products. Could be snake oil, but at the same time, Brady has kept himself in pretty good nick at a ripe old age. Will we ever know if it works? Probably not. I suspect it is more of a commercial move than anything, but that's my cynicism.
