Jackson on 22:07 - Mar 7 with 2986 views | GavTWTD | PLays a different role to Burns so its great to have another option. Luongo's pass for his goal and the whole movement of the team was excellent. Great to have options wide. Shame Harness has lost his spark but he's had a good couple of chances recently that haven't quite come off.

If and when John-Jules is ready to play, I don’t think we will see Harness in the match day squad that often. He has really gone off the boil. Shame.

Harness was poor tonight. That pass near the end which went straight out of play summed his night up. Aluko on the bench would be a better option

I have been Jackson's biggest critic at times, but he has been excellent when called on as both a RF/RW and as a RWB. Sad to say it, but Harness and Hirst noticeably weaken the team when they come on, whereas many of our other subs don't. Hirst is young enough to improve dramatically, of course, and the comment about worsening the team when he comes on is also a comment about how hot Freddie has been since Hirst arrived. I've said it before, but there is no better striker in League One than Freddie Ladappo when his place is under threat.

Personally although people will say he set a goal up and scored Still not a fan never shows courage or ability to beat a man tonight he picked a pass that's rare impact substitute maybe but never no more than that

Over the last 8 or so games I strongly suspect that he will have a better goal contributions per minutes played ratio than Wes Burns. That's not criticising Burns, just saying that KMcK has found a role that works very well for Jackson. He charged back to make good defensive interventions on several occasions tonight, as well. A team man with very little ego. We are lucky to have him in our squad. At the beginning of the season I would have had him on the "say Goodbye and Good Luck" list. I was wrong.

Although McKenna in his post-match on Radio Suffolk says he has the potential to step up a league in that role.

But it shows how generous Harness is to let someone from the crowd have a go in his kit. Top guy He was shocking - never got close to getting into the game. I also thought we lost some control when Luongo went off. He’s going to be huge for the run in. If he’d been in from early Jan I expect we’d have a few more points on the board.

Jackson on 08:49 - Mar 8 with 2220 views | King_of_Portman_Rd | I’ve been critical of Jackson and even last night found him frustrating at times. His decision making, particularly letting the ball bounce (attacking & defending) put him in more difficult situations and early on he tried to stay on the shoulder and didn’t come short enough when there wasn’t the space beyond the defender…. But that said almost everything positive we did last night was through or involved Jackson. He was a threat and probably could have been more greedy when in good positions. I still think Burns is a better all round option in that role, but Jackson has proven he is very capable and carries a genuine goal threat

Perhaps surprising then that in a relatively high percentage of the games he has started this season, he has been the man of the match or pretty near to that.
Jackson on 09:29 - Mar 8 with 2122 views | CityBlue | I would say that he has completed his position modifier and is now a fully fledged wide player.

Yes I always thought he was better out wide, even in early days. Last night he should have had a go himself as he tried to play in others when just shooting hard and low might have worked.

Funny 4 games ago people were starting to doubt McKenna 4 wins against poor sides he says Jackson could play higher level let's see what he does next few games. Personally I don't rate him all opinions I rated Norwood but was a idiot in general life hence why his gone

Didn't realise I had to be writing the queen's English on here. All I said is personally I don't rate Jackson not nowhere consistent enough for me. One time in the corner of the North and west stand it hit him five times when trying to control if wasn't winning crowd would be moaning but it was comedy Gold

He also set up a goal, scored a goal, and set up another goal that was ruled out for offside. He was a constant threat, as has been the case in most of his recent appearances. And yet here you are focusing on him miscontrolling it on one occasion. You're making yourself look silly.

Jackson on 07:42 - Mar 9 with 1576 views | textbackup | He really did play well, a couple of silly moments (free kicks given away in dangerous area) but that’s something Burns often does too.
