A meltdown on a night where Town haven’t even played?
Granted, the results were a bit rubbish tonight but if anything I’m glad we don’t have to play them this weekend anymore. Plymouth were never going to drop points tonight either, Accrington are rubbish. |  |

I don't think there's really been too much of a meltdown. I agree with you on tonight's results. Others have agreed, but in more strident terms, saying that the results were terrible rather than a bit rubbish. I don't think that's a very big deal.
We can certainly still be optimistic about the remainder of the season, but it's definitely got tougher than I had imagined it would. Barnsley's form has been relentless over a sustained period. Agreed re Plymouth.
Although there's no need to panic, I agree more with those who are maybe going over the top in terms of how bad tonight's results were than those who think that we're in a better position as regards automatic promotion tonight than we were before tonight's results. I just can't make that stack up at all.
But crucially, I respect the views of everyone, and we must all row in the same direction regardless of our views.

I feel like I’m missing a page on TWTD or something tonight, I think this place is often full of sensitive souls but in fairness I haven’t such much of a meltdown at all.
Barnsley got a great result, they are in tremendous form, Plymouth did the job they’ve done all season - four good sides at the top of table and I think we have the toughest ask to grab an automatics slot.
Not much more to worry about at this stage, just continue to look after ourselves. |  | | |

I was genuinely impressed how easily Barnsley took Wednesday apart last night. How many other teams have scored 4 against Wednesday this season?
So, not a meltdown as far as I’m concerned, more of an acceptance that this is now a four horse race for the autos and Barnsley are bang in form the same as we are. |  |

It's certainly all to play for. Win our game in hand and we're 2 points off the top with a better GD. Sheff Wed might have something to say about that of course as they have an additional GIH, but certainly looking like 2 from 4 for automatics. |  |
